Sadly due to the lack of available parts or any staff to carry out any expert work we no longer undertake repairs unless an item is specifically purchased from us previously.

Over the Years we have been inundated with people buying from Ebay as not working and then bringing them into us expecting us to work miracles in a very short time, this can no longer happen, as our priority under the current climate is to sell stock.

It always turns out to be a negative experience through no fault of our own so i would rather distance myself from all responsibilities.

Any that we do accept will also need to be pre booked in to assess any wait times which could be considerable as many parts for modern locos are just not available at all.

Of Course we do pride ourselves on trying to be helpful so if you need a simple fix, a buffer, coupling slight oiling we will always try an help with that. Its the big complicated jobs we no longer want.
