Complete work of fiction, as far as we know ? , after doing some Googling we cant find any images of a real version, an ideal Thunderbird Loco for a 1990s East Coast based layout.  but a very well done one. To a top proffession standard but we do not have any info of the company or individual who carried out this superb job.

Heljan class 47 is an excellent runner outfitted with a cab light and has been repainted to a high standard into GNER livery.

47089 was originally a western region based Locomotive Named Amazon in BR Green and blue days.

The model isn’t flawless sadly; the body doesn’t sit too well and we can’t figure out why. The buffer beam on no.2 end is wonky and incomplete, missing a step, hook and other detail. A cab roof antenna is also missing.

Otherwise a very nice model with crew figures, NEM couplings and of course DCC ready with an 8 pin socket.

Box is intended for item no. 4670 47815 in FGW livery, presumably this loco’s previous identity. In fair condition with some warping and corner wear. Foam inners keep things safe and custioned. The instructions and accessory packs are not present.
